Thank you for your email, being the final hotel of four during our holiday, I think we can reflect and comment on your hotel. All of the hotels we stopped at were different and fabulous in their own way. Being measured against larger groups might seem unfair, as we stopped at the One and only in Dubai, The Peninsula in Bangkok and Anantara in Chiang Mai, as well respected higher-end hotels. However, we can’t sing your praises highly enough, we are without criticism. All of your team are a credit to hotel and nothing was too much trouble. It would be unfair to give special mention to Alex, who was very accommodating, as all of your staff were faultless. We have no negative comments to make or suggestions for improvements to be made! Our Travel agent, Sandra of Andara Travel in Solihull, had “a brief” of selecting a perfect hotel to celebrate our 25th Wedding anniversary and she “nailed it”!

Enjoyed 4 fabulous nights here celebrations our honeymoon. This is a wonderful place to stay!

I can’t say enough positive feedback about my experience at The Sarojin. Everything was perfect and the service was extraordinary. I will be sure to rate your hotel a perfect rating on trip advisor. I am planning on returning soon! I am also looking into a hiking vacation to Nepal in October and was thinking about stopping through Thailand and staying with you on the way back.

We had a real pleasure to discover your resort. We are only traveling around Asia in Four Seasons, Aman and Six Senses. So we are used to high exellency. We can assure you that you are 1st, we ove the resort that we will recommend to all our guests looking for Deluxe category and 2nd that you are now our personal choice for Khaolak.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. As are the staff, nothing is ever too much trouble. You are treated like one of the family, the Sarojin family! The New Year celebrations were lovely to be a part of. Our waterfall dinner was magical, a memory of a lifetime. Thank you all so very much for making our honeymoon so special.

The hotel is amazing, the people are lovely, very kind and friendly. The spa treatments are the best I have ever experienced. The food is great. All in all my time here so far has been wonderful and I would certainly come back again.

Many thanks for a peaceful & relaxing stay. Our first in Khao Lak & will be very hard to beat. The resort is stunning and the staff could not be better particularly Aoy, Mai & Jack (on our boat trip) we hope to visit again.

The most wonderful holiday ever. The staff at the Sarojin are the friendliest people, so warm and welcoming. In particular we thought Ball was fantastic and a delight to speak to at breakfast! We will be back in a heartbeat! A holiday full of memories, we have loved every minute. Shout out to Max, Sak, Mon, Wuth & Nut who we thought were also so helpful and great value for a quick chat after our dinner! We will be back soon.

The experience was wonderful, a perfect addition to our honeymoon adventure in Thailand! The pool residence was private and the “rainforest shower” was perfect! Thank you to all the Sarojin for making our stay so pleasure.

Our stay was beyond amazing, we couldn’t have asked for anything better! I have very complicated diet and the staff did a beyond amazing job catering to that and being patient. The one in my family has ever felt so cared about and appreciated at any hotel before and will miss everyone here deeply! The only suggestion would be a hot tub or steam room and maybe yoga classes!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sarojin which is a special place. The all-day breakfast was a revelation & the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. My only small criticism in the cost of alcoholic beverages & lack of clarity during around happy hour. All in all though – fantastic!!

Thanks to all at the Sarojin for an amazing stay! We loved our time here – all the staff are fantastic and accommodating. The spa was a definite highlight, so peaceful and relaxing – listening to the waves in total bliss! We enjoyed explanting the area (Similan islands and temple tour were great!) very difficult to beat this hotel!
