My wife Ruth and I together with close friends of ours – after a tour through northern Thailand – spent a couple of days of wonderful rest an recreation in your hotel. We truly can say that everything was simply perfect. You can be very proud of your wonderful site, your very friendly and courteous team – from the gardener through to the manager. They seem to anticipate every single desire and need and are here to lend a hand and/or to provide support and assistance. We enjoyed very much the relaxing time spent in The Sarojin, the very nice and generous Spa Suite, the two restaurants, the pool and the beach. When we left we asked ourselves on the way back home what could be improved. And to be honest only a very minor topic came up. The box in which you provide the breakfast for early leavers might not be stable enough to carry safely the lot of food and beverage you prepare for your guests. You see, even in this ‘negative’ point there is also another positive aspect. All in all: it was a great experience to stay in your hotel and enjoy the perfect service. Should we again travel to Khao Lak there would be no question where we would go: The Sarojin. We hope that this feedback – of usually extremely critical Swiss people who have seen a lot of hotels all over the world – may be appreciation and obligation at the same time. We know that the art of being a good host is to keep quality on a constant and in your case very high level. Certainly we hope that you and your great team may manage just this. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with you and your team in the Sarojin and have come away totally relaxed as was the reason for our stay after having surgery. The team were always very helpful and created an atmosphere of happiness and relaxation. The room (308) was beautiful and kept very clean, the bed displays were eagerly awaited and texted to our daughters each evening! The food was excellent (especially the fillet steak – my fav) and when we decided on a night in our room the service and quality was great. We thoroughly enjoyed the three trips we had, they were relaxing and enjoyable, the content was just right and the meals provided were very good, we also made some friends along the way. We are already recommending your hotel to friends and family and we know that our friend who recommended you to us will be staying for a couple of nights in the next three weeks, am so jealous. Take care and best wishes for the future and hopefully we will visit again.

The setting is amazing, so tranquil and achieved in such a crazy world but most impressive of all are amazing! Staff!

We had a wonderful stay and will reflect that on Tripadvisor when we get a chance. The staff were fantastic. Very friendly, courteous and helpful and when our travel company failed to arrive to collect us for the airport it was no trouble for the receptionist to arrange a transfer using the hotel car. The room was excellent and the little touches with flower and towel displays were lovely. We loved the breakfast idea of running till 5pm and the selection excellent. It even passed the Marmite test! The beach and service provided were spot on. We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend a stay there.

What an absolutely amazing experience at the Sarojin Hotel, Khao Lak – Thailand. we were welcome and treated like royalty. Au the staff couldn’t do enough for us and were so helpful, polite and endearing. This was a special holiday for myself. Son and daughter and everything at the Sarojin made it that and more. Our travel agent had recommend the Sarojin to us and we will be letting them know of our truly wonderful experience.

We have had the best time ever here at the Sarojin, everyone has really looked after us and we have not wanted for nothing ever on our trips! The Sarojin sundown cruise was amazing! Me, Mum and brother do not want to go home. Many thanks to all that have made our holiday so special. I have fallen in love with this place. Hope to come back with my husband.
